With leaves turning and winds blowing here in the temperate northern hemisphere I thought I would ask a question. What is the sexiest season for you, and why?

Re: Sexiest Season?
Sun, October 18, 2009 - 11:10 AMright now, with the leaves turning colors and the scent of autumn in the air, it's tempting to say autumn. i do love this time of year.
but i'd have to say winter. when it's cold outside, my mind automatically turns to cuddling up close in front of a roaring fire, or playing the snow and then warming up :o)
it's a quiet season, a more internal and contemplative season, at least for me, and it's when i think about home and sharing. maybe i'm a romantic at heart?

Sun, October 18, 2009 - 2:45 PMIt's a tie between Fall and Spring. I love transitional seasons. I love crisp and fragrant air. I love the rituals of change, it's electrifying.

Mon, October 19, 2009 - 8:53 PMHmmm. Fall. No... Winter. Wait, no. Summer. Um Spring. Ya Spring. Um...
Fall. Long romantic walks on crunchy leaves when the shadows start getting long and the breeze is crisp and invigorating. And winter. A warm fire in a cabin in the woods -- surrounded by boreal forest and lots of snow. Hot, sweaty, steamy summer nights. Oh yeah. Spring - fresh, alive, hopeful -- everything is mmmm wet. -

Re: Sexiest Season?
Sat, October 24, 2009 - 1:34 AMThey all have their varied charms. Summer sultriness & skin, swimming... winter's deep dark & cuddling close, the holiday festivities... fall's beautiful colors & crisp air, Halloween...
But for me, it will always be spring... forever young & green, forever promising, when the flowers burst open & the very air is perfumed w/ sexy (tho'sneezy!) sweet pollen. The world wakes up! The light returns, people & critters emerge from their winter hidey-holes, my blood rises & spring fever is real. Happy Beltane!
